Message	I can't comment on your clutch slippage but I have experience with the rear seal leaking oil. I chased my problem down to the PCV valves building up pressure in the crankcase and pushing the oil out the rear seal. I changed the two PCV valves and my oil leak problem was gone. In my case the leak was small and never affected my clutch. Hope this is of some help! Good Luck!
